Any additional persons over 8 years are charged $7.50 usd extra on any room. Cancellation Policy We require half payment within two weeks of booking reservations. We require full payment at least two weeks prior to arrival. We accept cashier's check in US dollars as payment. Deposits are non-refundable. Once booking is confirmed there will be a $20 charge for each change. Full refund less $20 handling charge will be granted if cancellation is received no less than fifteen days prior to arrival date. Arrival - checkouts: No refund or no change allowed.
